As a user of Integra & Trackit, I belive adding customization to the order fields within Integra would be benficitial. It is cumbersome to verify a job is mapped by using the "Other" tab within an order.
One such idea would include a Lat / Long or GPS field. This way, someone could quickly scan all the orders and see if the jobs are "Mapped". I understand the Lat / Long are very long and couldn't fit within that field. If there was a way to to check to somehow have a "Yes or No" within a GPS Info heading. It would look at the "Other" tab in a ready mix order and if Lat / Long was present, it would show "Yes". If no GPS is in the order, then it would read "No".
This option would allow our dispatchers or managers to quickly scan all the orders. If a job idoesn't show the Lat / Long, that would be an order to look further into.
A simpler way may be just to color code a Lat / Long field. If a job has GPS, then code it green. If no GPS is present, than the field would be marked red and thus, need attention.
