Looks like we can sort the navigation screen by almost everything listed on the ticket maintenance screen. However, we do not have the option to sort by price override. It also appears there is not a report that we can run to get this information either. Or at least not one we can find. We try to watch all of the price overrides and it can get very time consuming looking at every ticket, every day. if we could just click on the header on the navigation screen and it sort them, it would save lots of time. Or, having a report would work just as well.
