Ability to send WashOut message to truck but delay until they enter yard

We would like to send a message to a driver to tell him to Washout and head home.  However we want the message to delay the send until the InYard status has occurred.

    It would be nice if this would also trigger a washout status in Trackit so that we could monitor and generate reports for the status time.

    I know this is planned, any idea when? Also when we send a WashOut message to the truck it is possible to reference that on the dispatch screen with a letter in front of the truck? Maybe use "F" in front of the truck to denote Finished?
