Order Copy Setup was added in 2019.1.1 release but we see a great opportunity to expand this function and help manage the Back Office challenges with copying orders (shipper history).
Please add the ability to configure, at Customer/Job level, the items that can or cannot be moved to a new order when a Dispatcher is doing a copy would be immensely powerful. This would be the same "Copy Setup" menu but configurable at the Customer and Job level.
This would allow us to balance the importance of Dispatchers being able to get orders in quickly (Dispatcher priority) and getting orders in with accurate billing details (Back Office priority).
Example:
Customer A needs to retain PO (and possibly other fields) for each new order on the same Job
Customer B requires new PO (and possibly other fields) for every order on a Job.
