Remove Leftover amount / status from Vehicles after end of day is complete

When a vehicle enters that they have left over, the amount of the leftover remains until the dispatcher removes it from the Truck Status. Can the system be set up to remove any left over from vehicles that have gone out of service for the day once the end of day has been processed.

    Hello Janeen!

    Yes, the only concern is when the end of the day is run, we would like that to trigger the left over amount removed.

    Hi Pete,

    We were reviewing this item today and the team had a question as to the process.  Is the removal of the leftover amount only a concern at the end of the day?  Meaning, trucks that are returning when end of day is run come into service the next day with the leftover amount still showing?  Thanks.

    Janeen,

    When a vehicle goes into the washout status a "W" appears next to the truck number on the TRUCKS screen in integra. When we run the End Of Day, that "w" goes away. We are looking for the same to be done with the leftover.

    You are correct, if a truck is in the returning status they would keep the leftover amount.

    Hi Pete!  Thank you for the suggestion.

    Would this apply only to trucks that are already out of service?  Meaning, when dispatch end of day is run, a truck in returning status would keep the leftover amount?
