Have a way to track charges for Vendors and Vehicles

Vendor usage is going up and to get a better idea of true profitability there should be a way to best track charges for vendors and vehicles.  Per yard, per hour, per rental company: know which type and be able to store rate and should be able to view for more than 1 type.
