It would be useful to gather/view data in reports relevant to quality control. Every company I believe would benefit from customizable reporting. How it should work is not far from where it is now. Just need to have a "blank" report to start; then rows/columns need to be selectable values that would already be found in other reports (ticket#, location name, component/description/target amount/auto amount, UOM, moist%, efficiency, variance, truck#, customer, customer address, mix, mix description). The more values the better I feel.
Zack,
Our current approach to future reporting is to move data into a central database in the cloud. This will make it more available for use of 3rd party tools that specialize in report customization and exporting. Our team is starting those efforts this week. This is a project that would take months to complete. However, the result is a more flexible solution than our current reporting.

Hello Janeen,
I believe either would work. It would be more convenient if built into Integra as a report that could be customized with the different values, whether row or column. The data could be printed into a report based on what values have been inserted into the report. Or we could export said report to an excel spreadsheet if that would be easier to accomplish.
Currently batch ticket reports are "blocked" into paragraphs that utilize the whole page per ticket and results in stacks of pages that make it cumbersome to gather/view data.
What we would like to see is this data be optioned to create a new report for instance:
Rows could be ticket numbers: Each column for that row pertains to that ticket's data
Columns would be changable values: main ticket details, Air Entrainment Target /Auto Amount, UOM, Moist%, efficiency,, variance...
This way a report would have the data organized for easy viewing of trends or changes.
Thank you,
Zack Martin
Hi Zack,
Thank you for providing a suggestion for enhancement. In regard to the report output, are you looking for something that would include headings an be ready to print or would it be something similar to Excel/spreadsheet type output? Thank you.
