Dispatch Notes should pop-up for Quick Tickets

Dispatch Notes currently pop-up only for RM Orders and AGG Orders.  I would like to see Dispatch Notes displayed when a Quick Ticket is entered as well.  This would be a very useful feature as the information is pertinent to all order types, regardless of entry method.

    This feature has been completed in our 2019.3.1 release. Please reach out to the customer support team for details on upgrade requirements.

    Pop-up notes would be handy for quick tickets and for other areas, as well.  I submitted under another idea. Please send this to development.
