Modify dispatch to integrate with existing phone system to gather caller data, such as, name and number and use this to facilitate order taking.

High-level feature set may include:

• Use of caller number to identify and display existing customers
• Present previous/pending orders
• Auto-populate select order entry fields.

This integration will require development effort for each individual type of phone system.  Anticipated approach would be to identify a partner to serve as a beta throughout the process.
