Ticket maintenance to ask: "Would you like to save your changes?"

So many times we make changes in ticket maintenance and FORGET to save.  I would like for a box to pop up, just like in customer maintenance, that ask if we would like to save our changes.

    Available in our current release 2019.3.1.

    Please let us know as soon as this is available.  This is a feature in most software if you make changes.
