Allow master file records to be marked inactive

Allow master data to be marked as inactive. Master data includes customers, jobs, products and mixes.

Considerations:

Searches would be given an option to include inactive records.
Inactive records could not be used to generate new transactional information while marked as inactive.
Reports covering transactional data such as sales or orders would always include information for inactive records.
Reports for master data such as Customer or Product Listing would provide an option to include inactive data.
