Integra will not let dispatch put in an order for a customer whose account is closed. However, we noticed, that if they send the product out COD, they can change it to the customer account number that is closed the next day in ticket maintenance. We think that if the account is closed, they should not be able to change it, even in ticket maintenance. That is the point in closing the account.
If the sale has already been completed restricting corrections/updates on the back end limits the ability to bill correctly.
Added a feature that allows a company to disable saving a ticket when the credit code on that ticket has no available pay methods. This feature is available in our release at the end of March.
