Ed, I totally agree and actually submitted an expanded request under INT-I-109 on September 9th, 2021 asking for essentially all of the deeper ticket details to be avaialble as columns on the Main order Screen. I am going to upvote this ticket as well to get it more visible, but I am hoping they don't limit the specific fields but instead let customers choose what they want shown out of all available fields.
