We would like a special report that list all quick tickets in ticket number order for a specified date range. This would be a Quick Ticket Report. It could have an option to include all tickets in the report or just quick tickets, but the essential nature of the report would be to list all quick tickets for a time frame in numerical order so that someone can quickly verify that all tickets are accounted for.
This is important because currently it would be easy for dispatch to close out for the day and then a quick ticket be created without any track of it. Currently the only way to track this numerically is for someone to write their own list based on the ticket numbers missing from the batch reports, but this does not catch quick tickets from after the batch reports are run and the day is over.
This report is essential to keep accountability and track all cash.
