A truck that's set for current location 001 cannot be ticketed at location 002 from dispatch, which means that dispatch has to change the current location of the truck before ticketing every time.
We have plants that are located relatively closely and we need to be able to ticket all our trucks from either plant without the extra steps of changing its current location and then reloading trucks in dispatch.
This also means that a dispatcher at plant 002 cannot even see the trucks in dispatch unless they go look at all plants (or vehicle maintenance) and change the current location of the trucks they need. This creates a lot of extra steps when we really just need all the trucks to be visible and ticketable from both locations.
