I would like to be able to search by General Contractor, Bond Holder, or Lender in the Lien Module.
This is important when we have a customer/customer's GC who files bankruptcy and we need to know what jobs they are involved with as a GC or subcontractor. We need to be able to find all applicable jobs so we can plan for filing liens and collecting on outstanding invoices.
Without that ability, we end up having to go through all our prelien paperwork to see if there are any outstanding jobs where the customer is involved.
