We need a way to turn physical ticket printing off by customer instead of by location. This would allow us to print physical tickets for customers that want them and use MobileTicket for other customers without also printing a physical ticket at the batch plant. This is especially needed to allow us to print tickets for COD customers so that we can not use MobileTicket for those one-time jobs.
