Option to enable / disable ticket printing at customer level

I would like to have an option to suppress ticket printing, at a customer level in Integra. As we move customers to electronic ticketing this would be a great feature to have.

Cancellation Reason

Would like to add a reason field for cancellations, similar to the void functionality, that could then be reported on as a way to evaluate customer performance in terms of order accuracy.

Ability to send WashOut message to truck but delay until they enter yard

We would like to send a message to a driver to tell him to Washout and head home. However we want the message to delay the send until the InYard status has occurred.

Mix codes to remain on dispatch screen

Add support for "Max Allowable Water" to be added to the ticket template and printed on delivery ticket

Order Copy feature needs to have security levels added

There is not a way to customize and lock the default template for the Order Copy feature or lock users out with security levels. If a user has this feature turned on then they can modify their own template as they wish.
