    Hi Folks,

This item has been pulled into our schedule for next quarter which means it should be completed by 9/30/19. Our planned resolution is below. If you have any questions or suggestions, please let us know.

Planned resolution: Add two configurable values. When order copy meets or exceeds soft cap, a message appears telling you the number of orders you are about to create & allows you to continue. Each copied order will require you save after we populate the order form. When order copy meets or exceeds hard cap, a message appears telling you that you've exceeded the number of copies allowed and prevents you from saving the orders. This prevents a negative impact on performance.

Please stay tuned. We will post updates as they become available. Thank you again for your input!

    Janeen

We are also facing the same problem. We have customers that pour 3x a day everyday, so it would be nice to be able to set up orders for the month. We only go a month out at a time. Another customer pours 2x a day everyday. Having the ability to do it for a month and not have to worry about it a month at a time would be great.

we have the same, we have a few customers that have set spots "forever" i can understand your reasoning for limiting to how many dates at a time but if you would take the limit off of how far out itd be nice. also some commerical guys try and book 3 to 4 weeks out as well.

    Hi Janeen,
We have several customers that have dedicated times everyday every month and to alleviate confusion it is better to get them all in and build the schedule around those standing orders. I have found a work around to get past these ranges but would be nice to be able to use the multi-copy feature for the entire month and not split it up. These orders are customer specific and are for the month.

    Hi Curtis,

Thank you for posting your idea to our portal.  Currently, we limit the number of days the Multi-Copy function allows due to concerns related to system performance.  If someone were to accidentally enter a large date range, the process may take considerable time and appear to have locked up.  It's not to say we can't make any changes but I have a few questions to help us fully understand your business practice and design a solution that fits.  What kind of standing orders do you have?  Is this for internal use or with a specific customer?  How far out are you looking to schedule these orders?

    Thanks,

    Janeen O'Dell
