SORT COLUMN IN TICKET MAINTENANCE FOR PRICE OVERRIDES

Looks like we can sort the navigation screen by almost everything listed on the ticket maintenance screen. However, we do not have the option to sort by price override. It also appears there is not a report that we can run to get this information ...

Cancellation Reason

Would like to add a reason field for cancellations, similar to the void functionality, that could then be reported on as a way to evaluate customer performance in terms of order accuracy.

When an invoice is rebilled, add a message that will print on the memo

There are customers that want a hard copy of the rebill memo and it would be nice to have a message that prints on those rebill memos to indicate it was rebilled and why.

Ability to send WashOut message to truck but delay until they enter yard

We would like to send a message to a driver to tell him to Washout and head home. However we want the message to delay the send until the InYard status has occurred.

Add support for "Max Allowable Water" to be added to the ticket template and printed on delivery ticket

Customers are asking for the Max Allowed Water to be listed on the RMX Delivery Ticket. In the VSC document I see this is supportted. I added the string as identified in the VSC setup manual. I added the tag on the ticket template as listed in IPS...
